What you can hear is the ice cream van leaving.
Yes, red rear, white front and amber for indicators and safety markers on vans/trucks where required.
Neon under lights if that's what you mean are off road or show only.

Ah ok I see all the cid cars in the Deen use focus came across an EVO with blue neons needless to say he though I was a copper and took off just wanted to know if they were legal or not should of flashed my blue lights at him lol (i don't actually have blue lights wish I did though)
