It's probably a bad bulb seal or a gap in the lens sealing ring.
Take the light off and give it a good gentle blow through with a hairdryer.
Check the seals around the bulb sockets for cracking or pinches.
A small rub of Vaseline will help to improve the seal and soften the rubber back up a bit if they're dried out.
