Hi
I have a 2001 for focus zetec.I noticed toniht that it had one dim head light. the main beams are alright but the drivers side headlight it dim when dipped. I assumed this woudn't be a bulp as they either work or are gone. Anyone got any ideas what it might be?

is the bulb fitted correctly? does the bulb look ok? no deformation of the bulb glass?

Is it not a twin filament bulb?
If so the dipped filament has blown, just buy a new one.

Is it not a twin filament bulb?.
correct, the mk1 focus had H4 bulbs (twin filament) where as the mk2 has H7's (single)
