A spam message was applied to one of my threads yesterday, but it was removed soon after.

Thanks!

I cant see how they can stop it. All they can do is remove it once it has been identified and most cases they are going to be reliant on us highlighting it. Unless they have some software to scan for it.

Like mark said mate about 50 fake accounts was made yesterday as it is n they can't stop em being made.

All they can do is delete the posts as they are posted but they need members to alert them to the posts via the report button.

Most Spammers these days are real people making accounts , they get paid for it , so you will never fully stop them only report and remove.
But i get spammed every time i login with that damn popup , wish someone would remove that!

Can you not set something up in the way of a ford related question that has to be answered correctly before there details are accepted and allowed access as although a search on google will help it takes time which I'm sure they don't wanna be wasting if there getting paid. This should reduce the quick set up of spam accounts and then any that do pop up will make it easier for the mods to deal with quicker.
