Hi,

My Ford Focus 1.4 CL (2000) only unlocks the door that use put the key in. For example, unlocking with the key in the driver side door will only unlock the driver side door instead of all doors. So I am having to unlock all doors from the inside.

But! after driving for about 20 minutes all the doors randomly unlock and the central locking works when you lock from the passenger door but still not from the drivers door.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Thanks in advance,

Adam.

Condensation or corrosion on the central locking solenoids in the door lock mechanism.
