puma judder problems

hi can anyone shed any light on this problem i have with a ford puma 1.7 when ime in 3rd gear if i keep my foot of the accelerator and clutch pedal i have to keep the rpm above 1500 or the car judders and i iether have to press the clutch or breath on the throttle to stop it all the gears slide in and there isnt any clutch slip

sounds like that you could have a misfire at low rev's. Don't know what could be coursing it though.

Just thought check your plugs, leads or the coil pack.
