How To Remove The Ecu

hi, for those who have been replying to my other thread i have now traced the problems back to the ecu. now my next problem is getting the ecu out to be sent off for repair. my probelm is removing the wires from it? not the individual wires obviously but the connecting block.

The connector is secured by a screw (bolt) with a head that shears off when fitted.

To remove the headless bolt it has to be drilled out.

The official way is to insert a sleeve into the connector hole with a smaller diameter hole in the centre to guide a drill bit.

Maybe you could improvise with a bunch of washers. From memory you need an M6 drill bit to remove the top.
