Does anyone have or know of any cup holders / inserts that will fit into the moulded ones so that it grips a 500ml bottle of juice without it falling over. I have looked on amazon & in halfords but can't find anything suitable.

Stick a strip of foam pipe insulation lagging around it with tape.
I did this to a cup holder ashtray from a Mk2 focus into a Mk1 focus and it worked a treat.
