Hi All, new to this forum so any help much appreciated. Got a dent in the rear passenger side bodywork. About 3 inches wide (circular) and about 3/4 inch deep in middle. Does anyone know if this is something that can be 'banged' out and sprayed or will the whole panel need to be replaced? My wife reversed into a lamppost :/

Is it in a place where you can apply pressure from behing it?
Is it on a crease line? which would make it harder to pull out.
Besides the heat up with a hair dryer and use compress air upside down to rapidly cool , plenty of youtube videos on this , you can also get a method where they use a compaound and a puller to pull the dents out , i wuld try the compressed air first , its worth a go, and if its in an area where you can also apply pressure while you do it it may just pop back out.
