03 Fiesta Diesel Loss Of Power

Hi I have a ford fiesta that lacks power. Just doesn't have any go about it anymore. Is giving the following fault codes.

P0401 Egr valve

P0102 mass air flow too small

P0113 iat sensor

U0155 + u2510 (unsure, think they are to do with the instrument panel)

P0562 power system too low

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
