On my xenons I occasionly get condensation on cold days and most of the time it does clear....
I also was getting condensation in my rear LED's and what I did to clear this was to take the whole unit off and gentle blow warm air from a hair dryer (not too hot) to remove the mist and droplets then replaced and yes the bags of silica gel are also a great possible solution.
