Need Advice

hi all. i have got mk4 2000 fiesta 1.3 petrol.

tbh its running a bit sluggish,

i fitted a k&n induction kit but made no difference,

so looking for some advice on how to get some more hp or to make it a bit more smoother when accelerating

When was the car last serviced?

A good flush of the fuel system may help a lot.

I fitted a k&n induction kit and to be fair all it did was make the car slower best thing so far the complete stainless exhaust plus 15" wheels made the most difference second gear now is fantastic, behing a insurance fresh 1.3 I am now setting up the suspension plus front and rear strut brace,may not be the fastest but goes round comers like a go kart

car was last serviced at its mot time with new filters fitted as it failed mot on emissions so the fuel, air and oil filters all got replaced, also had a full bottle of redex dumped in to it and not really done anything to help it, i will look at getting bg 44k cleaner now to see if that helps
