Can anyone help, i have bluetooth, however it does not reconize my mobile (blackberry9300) phone directory? i can use the other voice ooptions ie climate control, redial etc. However it tells me that the phone book is empty? has anyone else had this problem?

Are the contacts on your phone or SIM card? Ford website says it doesn't work with SIM contacts on your phone
