Dropped the Mondeo off at 08:00 at AAS in Newcastle...

Went back at 17:00 to AAS to find my car outside with its new Zorst attached...

Very happy with the looks and quality!!

Have a gander.

The
guys there were very friendly and took me through what they could do
for me. I decided I wanted a bit more of a sporty note, but I didn't
want it too loud or droning on longer journeys. They told me with it
being a soot chucker I wouldn't get much more noise.

I then got to choose what exhaust tips I wanted. I chose a 4.5 inch slash cut similar to that I had on my Focus ST.

I think you will agree the tips fill the apertures nicely.

The welding looks excellent too!

On the way home I noted a deeper rumble and a little more noise... but also a few fellow drivers having a gander!!

Tell ya it looks mint, I love the twin look, was gonna do that with mine but too much fabrication needed (cost too much). How much did that set you back? did it come with a life time guaranty? did you go for cat back or de-cat?

Got to admit when people hear and see the stainless steel zorst they are a bit shocked as they don't really associate family saloons to them. Keep it nice n polished at the tip lol.

Aye its got a lifetime guarantee for as long as I have the car. Cost £550 for the Cat Back.

I have a tube of autosol to keep them shiney!

Got the wheels from a guy on FocusRSOC. They may be up for sale in the near future as I really want some of these:

As for the callipers... was thinking of upgrading and going for something in yellow.

The rear diffuser will be getting the Panther Black treatment too... soon.

Washed and waxed my car last night... joys of nightshift!

Then
decided to try and wrap my lip... Looks OK... but will get it re-done
by a pro. There are a few creases etc. God it was a bugger!

I've searched egay can't find any, tried FK tuning as always got my previous grills from them and found the quality good, but they only list a chrome badgeless grill, or a black one with integrate DRL's and I'm just after a plain black one:-( I'll keep an eye on egay and hopefully on will turn up

Thanks

Duncan
