U might be best trying to take the bumper off completely to get to the grill. I took apart a front bumper this weekend (it was already off the car) and took the grilles off. They where clipped in all over it and were a pain in the A*&^ to get off.

But like you said, if weather is nice try and spray them on the car, seems easier.

Just do subtle mods... he will never know.

Been busy this morning.

Had a physio appointment at 09:10. !Removed! hell I nearly cried!!

Got home and started prepping the car for primer.

Then primered the grills, fogs etc etc. Strange thing is the plastic primer is clear... weird.

Giving it a few hours to go off... then topcoating!

Going to let it all dry overnight then start reassembling.

Now do I keep the foglights all black or put the chrome rings back on??

The rings?? Interesting. Think they would be a bugger to do. But might be worth a shot?

So was going to put all the plastics back on... but the finish was
not as good as I thought, bit orange peeley. So flattened it back and
re-sprayed the fogs, upper grill etc etc.

But I did manage to fit the lower grill, parking sensors and re-fit the surround.

Should be able to re-fit everything tomorrow weather permitting.
