Fiesta 2000 Year Buzzing From Dashboard

Hi everyone, am new to this but my car is driving me crazy! I got a fiesta zetec 2000my which love, but under braking and sometimes whilst driving i get a buzzing noise from the passanger side dash area, like a relay going mad or something, would be greatfull if someone could point me in the right dirrection please :) :) :) :)
