You can either take the splash guard off the wheel arch and fiddle from that side, or remove the headlight and go from there. Honestly, I'd go for the headlight route, this is how I've done mine, but then again I fiddle around with my bulbs non-stop, so to me it's second nature to remove it, and also it's usually off when fiddling with fog's anyway
If you take off the arch cover, I believe it's something like a 12mm nut, or a torx (don't have mine here to check, someone at Howard Basford thing's it's fine to take over a week to change 2 wheels), and then you should be able to do it with the bottom loose, with the wheel turned so you can get in (or removed if this is easy enough).
They always say refer to your dealer, they want the business out of you.
Alternatively, in my experience Halfords have done a decent job in the past, though this may vary with some people. This does cost a few bob though.
