Rear windows tinted, Lowered on coils all round. either st wheels or dished wheels. bonnet bra, spotlights for front, cat back exhaust, full leather interior, boot installment. etc etc etc.

How easy are the head unit's to change on these?

Its easy enough to change the head unit although if you're going to do it id recommend buying the proper fascia/fascia plate adapter rather than going for halfords one. The proper one looks a million times better and is alot more secure. The ST panther black wheels are nice :) im getting a set of these which are similar but only 16" http://www.fordparts...05627_c_246.htm
