Hi,

I have been trying to find what colour my 04 Zetec Automatic actually is.
The colour code on the VIN plate says Z3, but after searching several sites I am now more confused than before.

So far I have:

Rimini Blue (but that looks to dark)
Vitro Met (Ka) (Ka????, do they use Ka colours on Focus, (or is it Foci ?) ?)
Tonic (no description on that at all).

Anyone got any ideas, or the same colour coded Focus ?

Couldn't really say from just a code, Z3 seems a bit vague. Did find a site that mite help seeing how you know what color your car is and i don't. this link should help....

Best not to mess around with trying to find the codes on the VIN plate as i found out ! DA3 was my paint code , turned out it didnt match to anything , even halfords could not match it as their database is 3 years out of date ! Best bet is to phone your local ford dealer and provide the cars registration.
