Can anyone help please?

I have a Nokia E65 that connects fine to the Bluetooth in the Focus. Issue is during calls, sometimes the sounds is either really bad and I have to cancel the call or the sound is really quiet and I have to turn the radio volume up to the high 20's and then there is a lot of background noise.

My company gave me a Nokia E66 to try but that doesn't connect automatically so I have given it back.

Is this an issue with the Bluetooth in the car or is it the phone.

Anyone else's experience would be greatly recieved.

there is a problem with the titanium models not accepting some models of mobile phones, ford know about this talk to your dealer.
