AndysABC Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Hello as this is my first post I need help with an issue with my C Max TDCi When you start up the car it sounds awful the engine has a rattle which disappears when you rev the engine. I was worried about this and took it to Ford for a checkover. I was worried in case it was the Belt tensioner pulley. The checkover was inconclusive but the engine sounds quite bad.
