Some fill the "rubber" bit up with tigerseal as a "temporary" measure
Its not hard to do yourself, if you can get the car high enough its just 2 bolts - my mount gas been "gone" a long time and i have the replacement one (bought off ebay for £20) to put on - when i get "round to it"

I don't have the space or the equipment to do it myself unfortunately. I'm just happy it was only a mounting and not clutch related. This time!!!
Yes, and you've sorted yours but my new mount is sitting on a shelf in the house and the old one is rattling about on the car (at least i know what the noise is!) the weather is getting better so im running out of excuses to do it
