Just a quick question,

What does the menu option Comp (On/Off) mean / do?

I know AVC is what turns the music up when you drive faster but unsure what comp means.

The compression feature compresses the audio output of a CD, making the quietest parts of the CD louder and the loudest parts quieter so the volume level of the CD is more consistent. The compression feature only works in CD mode and doesn't apply to the AM or FM radio.
