Yes but it involves either buying your own key off eBay and getting it coded and cut by an Auto Locksmith or going cap in hand to Ford with your wallet held open.

if you look in your vehicle handbook it has a section on programming a second key, something about turning the ignition on and off so many times in 6 seconds then pressing a button on the new key.

That only works for programming a fob to a central locking module.

To add a key you used to be able to do it yourself on earlier focus but only if you had two keys to unlock the immobiliser learning mode.

On the Mk2 and later this ability was removed and now an ids unit is required to add keys hence the need for a locksmith.

Find a locksmiths, usually the mobile ones can do it, then ask them if they can code the new key to the car, and NOT clone your exsisting chip to the new key, as stoney said if your car's an earlier model you can then programme more keys yourself using the two working keys.
