Hi can anyone help I have a ford focus Ghia 4 door saloon and I can't open the boot with the key remote

Could be the fuse or the release solenoid in the lock itself.
I'd check the fuse first then go from there.

It's a 56 registration

Excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by your signature picture

it could be a damaged micro switch in the key remote, a repair kit should be available, try looking on ebay.

Hi thanks I've found that link thank you I can't find a fuse listed for boot but I presume it might be the door fuses
