Hi everyone.

after having a few problems with the car everything is slowly heading forwards and on track. Just wondering if anyone had re-mapped their fiesta and if it makes a differance? I know its only a 1.25 but i was wondering if it worth looking into.

cheers Peter

If it's the 60PS engine you should be able to get it to 82, if it's already 82 not worth bothering.

Ive been looking into this for my 1.6 tdci 90ps, is superchips just bluefin? Or if i go with superchip will i have to have a lil box under my bonnet. Because i know with bluefin you just plug it in and do it that way, nothing needs to be left under the bonnet.

Depends on the year, if it's a Mk7 there's no Bluefin, Superchips is decent though.

Yea its an mk7, liked the idea of bluefin just plug it in and upgrade then take it out and not have to have something always in the car

In short, no. Higher insurance, large cost of the remap, very little in power gains, and very little difference in MPG.
