Air Condition gas missing

Hi!

I've a Fiesta of 1996, 1.8Diesel.As the weather is warming, I saw tht the clima don't work, because the gas was gone.I'don't know now what kind of freon gas(R12,R22....???) it uses (i did not found anything in the motor van or in manual about this).Please help!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what gas the system uses but it does need to be refilled every so often.

it will be R134a.

can be purchased from the likes of Halfords etc.

basically with air con if you dont use it you loose it. it needs to be used atleast once a week for around 15 minutes to let the gas circulate the system, this minimises the loss and will keep the air con working for longer.
