hi can anyone help iv just brought a orion 1.6 auto ut it keeps over heating in traffic. iv replaced the head gasket and the thermostat bt it still keeps doing it.

any ideas what it could be????

does the radiator fan cut it when the car is running hot, if not it could be a fuse or a temp sender problem for the fan.

Is the water pump working?.Maybe a blocked or knackerd radiator.
