Oil Leak

Hi, i was under the bonnet yesterday checking some things and i noticed an oil leak at the top of the engine close to the alternator. Any ideas where it might be coming from? car is a 2005 mk Focus 1.6 Zetec (100hp)

Next to alternator suggests either from the front corner of the cam cover or from the power steering time to take a rag and try to trace it back to the source

oh fun times! it could be the power steering thinking about it as the resevoir did look a little low.

having a similar problem ..mr ferrets had a good nose about and it seems like its comming from the pressure sensor .. local frauds .v@$£***s....want £87 for the new pipes inc new nut ..but they wont fit it unless its had ..(you guessed it) a FULL diagnostic check ..(kerching ..kerching). they did offer a 12mth warranty on the parts .anyway mr ferrets gonna sort it ..no idea of what sort of price the garage charges
