Here's the fitting guide.....................

Fog Surrounds first :)

Quite an easy job here which will take you only a few minutes to complete.
First thing to do is remove the old surrounds, it's easier if you take the chrome piece off first and grab in the same area and pull (quite hard) until you can get your other hand under the edge to gentle pull it off.

That's the hardest bit done, you now should have something like this.

Give the exposed area a quick clean then get your nice new surround, Line up the tabs and the slots and push it home, you are now done :)

Front Grills and Aero Blade to follow ......................

Front Grille .........

Ok this one isn't as easy as expected and be prepared to get sore hands.

First thing to do is remove the chrome surround, this is very tricky and there's a high chance that you will break it. Once that's done you'll need to pull the Grille from the car, this too can break so be prepared.

Next you'll need to remove the gloss black surround from your new grille and place it somewhere safe. With the remaining part push it into the slots until you've gone all the way round. After you've done that place the black surround into the grill and again make sure it's clipped into place.
You should now have very sore hands but be admiring your hard work.

The lower grille is a very similar fitting :)

Lower Grill ..........

As the upper grill really, start by pulling off the grill, clean the area before placing your new grill into the empty space.

Push the new grill home and your done :)

Front Spoiler next ...............

Start by removing the black rivets from under neath the front bumper, there will be 8 to remove and will require you jacking up the front of the car so that you can get good access with your drill.

IMG-20130423-WA0003.jpg

Once removed you'll need to fish out the old pot rivets. this is a pain but be patient.

Next you'll need your new spoiler and rivets.

Place the spoiler in the locating holes under the bumper, insert a rivet where the old ones were, and pop away until all 8 are done and the spoiler is firmly in place.

Your all done :) and should now be loving the Zetec S look.

Thanks might consider this.I really want the Mountune carbon one but at £150 its a  bit pricey and if I scraped it on a kerb I'd die.

There all ford parts so you can either smile nicely at your parts man at the dealership or checkout the following places.

Or

Thanks for the info, what would be price difference between the parts man and the European webpage?

Cheers

Hi There

I have just ordered a 2014 titanium with 17 inch alloys and full dress up kit in black.  I want to put a honeycomb grille on the front and came across your thread.  Do you know where i would be able to buy the grille from and do you think a garage would do it for me (being a girl!).  Also as its a finance car, i would need to put the old grille back on, is this possible?

Thanks

All the info you need is in the first post Kia.
I would say order your grille and get your ford dealer to fit it. Your looking at 1 hours labour charge to do the work. Options should be ok as long as you use ford parts. If your not sure ask your dealer for more info.
