Freezing Issues With Aux Option On New Fiesta Zetec

Hi everyone, my first post here. I have come looking for a bit of help.

I have had 4 Fiestas over the last 4 years. Changing annually to the latest model. I recently went for the face-lift in January and have had nothing but problems with it. The dashboard backlight flickering off, the digital petrol gauge not working and now my AUX option is playing up.

I work as a delivery driver, so I treasure my ability to play music dearly! It is frozen on 'Loading Playlists or Library (can't remember exactly) when using the USB. Anyway, I have tried resetting it and I get no where. Also, the Aux cable doesn't work...ever! The bluetooth needs resetting every time I get out the car (which is often!).

I would be interested to see if anyone else has had the same problem and if they found a fix.

I have tried taking it into the garage but they are useless with this issue.

Also, is it just my car or does everyones USB re load the playlist every time the car is restarted, even if the USBCwas not unplugged. An awful system compared to the last model.I hate this car!!! HA

My mate has a facelift Zetec and seems to work perfectly, I would start complaining and ask to speak to the manager say that you have had nothing but problems, the more you shout the more you get.
