My 2008 ford fiesta (02-08) decided it didn't want to unfold the drivers side mirror this morning. I tried the dial inside the car too but it wouldn't move. It worked fine yesterday and it's just been on the driveway all night.

Is this an easy problem to fix if I take it to a garage? I got it unfolded manually no problem.
