i called in poundstrechers locally with the mrs, & spotted this & in my car colour,thought i'll buy it,if i like it it stays,if not rip off,

it was expensive

Lenny if you go for shark fin Ariel then go for BMW style ,as they look better.

Yunii that was a sweet ride , i can see why you miss it.

it was very quick & had good stopping power as had st170  big discs/pads all round ,300mm fronts, 280mm rears, 2.0 zetec engine, kn panel filter, st air deflecter, magnecor leads, ngk irridium spark plugs. etc.couldn't get insurance for lad,so had to go, they were asking £3975 for year insurance.

Lol i would have i used the high insurance quote as a reason NOT to allow son to drive it :)

plus £6-7k over 9 yrs spent on it.

baring in mind all mods sold before car was sold.

Yes it was, it also was very highly specced,like full heated leather interior, electric sunroof, aircon as well, then I added cruise control, auto dim rearview, mirror park sensors, twin reverse lamps st170 brakes all round & suspension conversion, HIDS headlamps 8500k,USA tail lights, st spoiler, st alloys etc...
It was a mk1.5 facelift version
