vNuts
Hi All,I'm setting up new stereo and Speakers in my Ford Fiesta mk4 and needsome help with the speaker installation. I've installed the stereo finebut the speaker connectors on the doors seem to have ford connectorswhich don't match my Edge ED305 component Speakers. Did a bit ofgoogling and came up with this connector (PC2-802): http://i.ebayimg.com/t/PC2-802-Ford-Fiesta-KA-Puma-Speaker-Adaptor-Lead-/00/s/MTYwMFgxNjAw/$(KGrHqZHJCgFChEtL(UcBQq3Zvlq!w~~60_12.JPGI could use this, then cut of the ends where spade connector is thentwist the wires from the connector + the ones from the tweeter andinstall new spade connector then connect to the woofer.Or i could cut of the factory connector and twist copper cables with thetweeter cables then crimp? Only thing with this is im guessing thatthe horizontal part of the connector (PC2-802) which is red is positiveand the black part is negative. So for the cables already presence onthe door, white goes to red and yellow goes to black:http://s18.postimg.org/wyh6w4o3d/20130501_140940.jpgWhich would be the best way? Thanks for your help,V
