How Do I Replace The Wiper Motor

Can anyone tell me how I remove the plastic vent strip to access the front wiper motor on a 2003 mondeo as I have removed the 4 screws but the strip stil seems to be stuck to the windscreen and I donr want to force it incase I break something

if its the strip i think it is,it'll have a tongue that slots into a groove all the way along the bottom of the windscreen.should just pull out towards the front of car direction,if that helps. be careful someone's not bonded it onto the glass.(have heard of folk doing it because of the small gap along the bottom for some reason)lol
