No Indicators

Basically

My mk4 has no indicators using the stalk or hazards and no lights on the dash, the fuse is fine.

I know the indicators are working as the when the Clifford alarm on the car is pressed they flash

There is no relay clicking so what I'm thinking is the flasher unit is away in the steering colum

Am I right ?

May be a broken contact in the indicator arm.

Replacing it should do the trick.-
