Removing Rear Bumper

A new bank holiday a new DIY task lol.

Right I'm stuck already hehe trying to remove the rear bumper. The screws along the top and underside of the bumper just spins when I go to undo it.

Some git hit it, left a note saying sorry I hit your bumper. No contact details, my rear is bashed up cosmetic an a smashed rear fog. Bit miffed but there you go, I figure cheaper for me to fix than go through my insurance. The local body shop said if I bring the bumper in on its on he will fix and spray for £80 used him before and is good. He had a look and said a bit of plastic welding will easily sort it or even abs plastic filler. Said welding was better.

I'm guessing the bump is why they are not undoing, just feels as if its in a rawl plug spinning. So any tips on getting them out would be great. I tried wedging I small screwdriver and turning with another but no joy just spun.

Hope you guys are having a good bank holiday so far, anyone doing anything nice?
