Hi

I'm planning to go for a Ford C-max this year as i need a 5 seater MPV for a growing family.

I'm aiming for a 1.8 Diesel (not the 1.6 due to the turbo issues) or a 1.8 Petrol as it appears to be cheaper and a Zetec or above trim.

The query I have is there a difference in suspension in the different model's?

Also is there a guide anyone has written on doing pre-checks on a cmax before purchase that would help me.

what year vehicle are you looking at?

The suspension is generally the same, however the more sport oriented models will have a slightly different set of springs,

Is there any particular reason your conscious about the springs that you are looking to buy into?

Also,. welcome to the forum!

Hi,

I am looking at 2009/2010. Not really conscious, but just making sure I don't make any mistakes purchasing the wrong model.

Do we have a page/article which defines the difference between Style/Zetec/Titanium?

take a look here, its for the more original CMAX, but it gives you a general heads up: http://www.cmaxownersclub.co.uk/cmax-mark1/Ford_Focus_CMax_model_prices_and_equipment.asp unfortunately as its the last gen, you will struggle to get the appropriate data sheets...
