Can anyone help me out I'm just wondering if a 1.6tdci gearbox out of a ford c max will fit into the 1.8tdci c max as my gearbox is nackerd and have a 1.6tdci box any comments welcome

they may be different gear ratio's to accommodate the difference in engine size. You would need to review the physical dimensions of the gearbox and shape to ensure that it is going to fit. If the car is UN-driveable, then take the gearbox out, and put the two side by side.
