Black Smoke And Jerking Problem

hi all wander if someone could help plz i have a 06 130 2.0 tdci mondeo and im getting alot of black smoke i have tried high revs to try and clear dirt from exhaust but still have the problem plus when i get 2 about 70 in 6th gear the car seems 2 jerk as if it loses power for about a second then bck 2 normal put happens constantly

if the car was running ok before, the common cause of black smoke is a split intercooler pipe, this is the large pipe on the bottom of the egr valve,so check this first.

ty very much i should of checked first ive had 2 diy job my hose with tape as cant get new 1 till tomorrow but works great again apart from a whistle when the turbo kicks in :)
