Lenny, glad to be of assistance :) hopefully most your mod's can now be found on your own little island. That way saving you taxes, time and hassle as seems to be the case with most UK sellers ;)

As for everyone elses comments, thanks :) I still want to try and keep small mod's adding to the list, but at the moment, I can only just convince the missus that I need to do my repairs. Just finished fixing the boot switch, if only I could fit a hydraulic pump kit that on pushing the switch, it then pumps the hydraulic rams out and auto opens the boot... that would be cool, but no doubt, expensive :p

scuttle plates have been relisted but forgot you have a C max and i got a focus, they say dont fit :(

I wouldnt have thought they are any different? its basically a tall focus lol

mine is the focus cmax, not the standard cmax... I would be shocked if they dont fit...

Well, the protectors arrived (given that estimated delivery was 9-14th September (from Germany!) they arrived very quickly!

Measurements are 85mm * 695mm (front) and 85mm * 295mm (rear)

Not going to get to fit them for a while now, but I will put the pics up when I have done!

Cheers lenny, I did get it after a previous accident but someone totalled it and then insurer paid out the repair cost.

lovely motor, i prefer the dash vents from the mk3 though, only down fall of the mk4 is the dash vents

So, everybody else seems to have one of these threads, I thought I would join the trend! :) So, welcome to the not-anywhere-near-as-exciting-as-Lenny's-thread-but-still-modifying-my-bus-thread :)

So, I dont have too many pictures of the car before I started, but you should hopefully catch the drift as we go! Anyway, I will take some decent pictures soon and get them uploaded but for now:

To start, the first thing I had to do, was replace as many standard filament bulbs with LED's. I cant stand the yellow colour, and I prefer the idea that if I do inadvertently leave my lights on, the car will still work anyway when I get back to it! So for now, I will post this and update with later pictures!

So to start, I replaced the sidelights with LED's I then went on to install some Dipped Headlights, but Xenon 6000k White output:

sidelights (baring in mind this was taken in the brilliant sun, so you cant really see a lot, but they are white as per my avatar)

Nah, had to get shot after it took a beating from a zafira, and the gearbox was less than healthy...

I quite enjoyed it though, but it was just too much stress.
