Which Power Steering Fluid?

Does any one know the the specific type of psf for a 2003 focus?

I was going to flush mine as the old stuff is near black and the steering is a bit heavy, so i was wondering if new fluid would improve things a little.

It wilk go black within a month due to the rubber hoses but ford now use Shell oil and fluids or wander in and get some from the dealer have you checked tyre pressures that would make it heavier
