Vent Selector Sticking

Hi there,

I've got a 2010 Fiesta which has recently developed a problem. The vent selector works fine up until the far right (selecting the windscreen), where it gets excessively stiff. I can turn it to the windscreen setting with force and air does come through the windscreen vent, but if I let go the switch flicks back a few notches as if on a spring.

Has anyone else experience this?
