I have a 1.6L Duratec engine that overheated, have removed the cylinder head and need to know how much distortion is allowed on the cylinder deck. Using a straight edge across the length of the deck I can get a .003" feeler blade between the straight edge and the cylinder block in between the cylinder bores.
