My wee brothers corsa reach exactly 100,000 miles and decided it didnt like its gear box any more and decided to disintegrate on him. He has now despite my efforts to convert him to the light side, went and got a new style corsa :( lol eedjit

I know your pain there - my sister got one as her first car despite my pleading to get a Fiesta... then three years later, instead of listening to my advice and getting a brand new MK7.5 Fiesta (which I even had priced up for her), she went and got another bloomin C**sa!

Some people are just beyond help :P

You know what they say about never being more than 12 feet from a rat, well just substitute C***a and its still true. I get these damn things provided as hire cars from work all the time they are just awful excuses for a car.

My boss had a 10 plate insignia and the amount of things that went wrong with it was stupid, wheel bearings, engine faults and boot lock breaking constantly in the end he sold it at a loss he was that fed up.

Clearly if by some miracle the car slips through the net of faults it is preprogrammed to kill itself at 100k.

In some ways you could consider it an achievement it lasted that long :p

My boyfriends got the new Corsa... and he has had nothing but trouble. It's a 12 plate and in the past year it's had to go back to Vauxhall 8 times because its broke on him!

Everyone should get KA's

That is true, and I will admit the new one's arn't as pretty.

But the one shape would go forever.. unless like me you pile it into the backend of a Peugeot!

Corsa's do make good for being able to travel the furthest distance upside down though.

The interiors seem to smell funny too. I thought it was just my friends one when she got hers, but I walked past one parked up the other day with the window down and that had the same stench!

And I dont think it's because of bad deodorant/hygiene issues with the drivers...

I've noticed that as well! Must be the cheap plastics or adhesive used to slap the blasted things together

Look on the bright side... the Peugeot probably looked better afterwards.

Next time aim for the front, that front grill is just plain disgusting.

My son bought himself a new Corsa, 12 plate I think, I've only been in it twice, first time to drive it, and the second time, (Cos I couldn't believe how bad it was the first time) as a passenger, they are god awful, the seats are rock hard, the transmission tunnel is that wide I had no leg room on the passenger side, and of all the colours he could have picked he chose a white one, so every time he comes here I ask him who parked the Taxi on the drive.

haha, are they banking on their " lifetime warranty* " now on offer....?

Isn't that the one where when the engine blows the camshaft comes through the bulkhead and skewers you to the seat

Id much rather be seen driving a Ford KA than a corsa lol even though the KA is widely regarded as a feminine car lol. Id even drive a KA with those stupid eyelash things before id get in a corsa lol

I'd much rather be seen in nothing but a pink tutu and fairy wings than be seen in a Corsa!!

I don't get why people get the body kits on them either, when they have the 1 litre or 1.2 engines, it's like I'm sure that adds weight that your turdbox can't handle...
