My Ka is due for MOT soon and I have noticed that drivers side headlight has condensation 24/7, not that I do lots of driving at night needing headlights on, have check fittings and all seem ok, plus the bonnet always seems hotter on the drivers side even after a short trip, any ideas ?

I'd check the light for cracks in the lens and casing also take a look at the sealing caps/rubber gaskets/vent pipes on the back.

Before your MOT try drying the light out with a hairdryer through the bulb holes.

The extra heat on the drivers side could either be due to your coolant expansion tank or possibly from the exhaust manifold.
