Hi wonder if you can help folks is it a common fault for bonnet catch on Ford fiesta 10 plate ?? I have been told by my local Dealership that it is. Also have the most annoying squeak when I turn the steering wheel to the left mechanic has had it out and said he could not hear it (Aye Right) going in to get Bonnet Catch replaced this week and will go out with mechanic to listen for the nasty squeak. My car is a Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDI 3 door on 10 plate.

The 'squeak' when you turn the steering wheel could be the power steering pump (if you have it). Check the power steering fluid first.
