i bought a ford sierra 2.0l twincam and i rebuild the engine but as i was setting the car back on the timing i noticed that the timing tensoner is pushed up with the oil presure
i just wanted to know if i can push the tensionor back down so that i can get her on the timing or do i have to buy a new 1
