RattyRoo
Something has attacked my bonnet and left a chip in the paintwork that has gone all the way down! Altho very small it's started to rust slightly so I'm a little concerned. Any way it can be touched up with some sort of paint t stop the rust and keep cost down? I'm trading it in again in march so don't want to pay for a full bonnet re-spray :/ Any helpful tips would be great!
georgen
I once had a touch up kit that had a very small brush that had bristles made from glass fibre to clean out rust out of chip and key area, a bottle of primer and bottle of paint, was a long time ago and cant remember make but try searching net, it would be ideal. Mordey
Go to your Ford dealer and get a touch up kit. it comes with a small metalbristle brush in the cap. And you'll be sure its the correct colour too..
btmaldon
I would get a white chipstick. My touch up skills tend to make things look worse.
