Lenny
Update: Levin is gone to have the exhaust fitted :) he had a look at the manifold says he doesn't know if he can weld it, says if its cast iron then that's a specialized job to do it Worst case if it can't be weld I'll take it up to p.j souhan in trim co.Meath he will have the kit required to make it rite for the NCT, All going well I'll swap it out for a fujisubo extractor manifold before Christmas. I'll update later when the car returns. In other news, The chrome cover for the power steering resivour has arrived today, Looks a bit big and its designed for a celica but it fits 100% very happy with it, I had to fit a small piece of rubber squegy strip over the top to keep it secure under the cap, But fits 100% Excellent packaging though good item for 10 pounds looks more like 30
Lenny
Update:The standard exhaust has been fitted,Cost 90 euro for exhaust fitting and welding aswell as the manifold welded,All happy, exactly what I asked them to do, but I need to investigate the cat flange on the manifold side,As its leaking on the flange but the job I wanted done is perfect very happy.I didn't get pictures up yesterday as I'm working nights this week and had to get some sleep Anyways here's some pictures,Please bare in mind the exhaust is a temperary fix until I can afford to fit a varex,The back box is fitted but I was expecting it sit rectangular up in the body instead of the angle its at,But I had painted the top of it gloss black so its not as noticeable agenst the black body. And will keep me going until the varex comes through.

Lenny
looking good so far! Thanks jeeb,Following the removal of the 4" HKS pipe last November, This is the remainder of the HKS exhaust, aswell as the Avensis back box that was custom built to replace the HKS muffler on the day of the NCT to provide some muffle. The pre-silencer section of the exhaust is fairly smashed and leaking from both sides, but if fitted to an exist in pre-silencer it will be fine, Its also T304 aircraft grade stainless steel and already sold to nick, bringing it over on the 25th he's going to make up a nice system with it, Update: Received the Toyota magnetic gear box sump plug in the post today from Miami complete with copper seal, I won't get to change the gearbox oil today but hopefully get to it at the weekend, now the magnetic drain plug has arrived.
